Description: Thrive Protection Services provides reliable fire watch services for high-risk environments and properties experiencing fire system malfunctions. Whether you’re managing a construction site with hot work activity or dealing with disabled fire alarms, our trained fire watch personnel deliver vigilant coverage and rapid incident response.
Duties:
Conduct routine patrols at designated intervals—every 15, 30, or 60 minutes depending on risk assessment
Ensure all exits remain clear and unobstructed
Log each patrol with date, time, and observations
Follow client-specific safety plans and procedures
Immediately report smoke, fire, or hazards to the appropriate authorities
Communicate actively with building management and emergency responders
Safety Standards: Our fire watch guards are trained in emergency awareness, hazard detection, and detailed documentation. While they do not engage in firefighting, they are equipped with alert tools (e.g., whistles, radios) to notify occupants and emergency services quickly.
